A Landmark Expansion in Gujarat

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited, one of India’s leading themed entertainment companies, is set to make a big splash in Gujarat with its latest announcement. The company has approved the acquisition of Malpani Parks Ahmedabad Private Limited for INR 75 crore, securing ownership of 34 acres of prime non agricultural land. With excellent highway frontage and connectivity, this space will soon be home to the largest water park in India. The project has been designed to meet international standards, with the promise of world class rides, slides, and family friendly attractions.

Strengthening Imagicaaworld’s Presence

This project marks the company’s third major venture in Gujarat after the Aqua Imagicaa Water Park in Surat and the Sabarmati Riverfront development near the iconic Atal Bridge in Ahmedabad. By building another flagship property in the Ahmedabad Gandhinagar belt, Imagicaaworld is strengthening its commitment to Gujarat’s growing tourism and entertainment sector. The development will not only diversify its portfolio but also create long term value for stakeholders while boosting local tourism.

A Boost for Gujarat’s Tourism Industry

The announcement highlights Gujarat’s rise as a destination for large scale entertainment investments. With its strong infrastructure, strategic location, and increasing tourist inflows, the state is quickly becoming a hub for high quality leisure experiences. The upcoming water park is expected to attract visitors from across India, significantly increasing consumer spending and creating new opportunities for the hospitality and retail sectors in the region.

A Vision for World Class Experiences

Speaking on the project, Jai Malpani, Director of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited, expressed confidence that the water park will redefine entertainment standards in India. He emphasised that the investment aligns with the company’s strategy to expand across western India and provide customers with best in class experiences. The vision is not just to create an amusement destination but to deliver an iconic attraction that resonates with Indian families and global visitors alike.

Looking at the Bigger Picture

The upcoming water park near Ahmedabad comes soon after the opening of Aqua Imagicaa in Indore, signalling Imagicaaworld’s clear intent to expand rapidly across central and western India. The move highlights the company’s belief in creating immersive entertainment experiences that blend innovation, scale, and cultural connection. As construction begins and excitement builds, the project is set to become a landmark in India’s tourism and leisure landscape.

India’s largest water park will soon rise in Gujarat, bringing with it thrills, family fun, and a new wave of entertainment for millions.
