A New Era of Preventive Wellness in India

EBG Group, a diversified conglomerate, has partnered with AGEON to launch AGEON EBG Wellness Private Limited, a pioneering smart-ageing and longevity brand that merges clinical science, diagnostics, and technology for holistic wellbeing.

The 50:50 joint venture aims to redefine preventive healthcare in India by offering data-driven, personalised vitality and recovery programmes through a pan-India network of wellness centres.

AGEON will open 50 centres within 12 months, beginning with major metros — Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad followed by Tier-II cities. The chain will operate under a Franchise Owned–Company Operated (FOCO) model, with franchise investments starting from INR 50 lakh, depending on the city and scale.

Integrating Science, Technology, and Longevity

Each AGEON centre will feature a suite of advanced therapies such as red light therapy, oxygen chambers, PEMF therapy, infrared saunas, and recovery-focused treatments. These will be supported by AI-driven analytics, real-time monitoring, and clinical data mapping to measure progress and outcomes.
