Building on its Book with Confidence Guarantee, VrboCare ensures guests receive assistance for host cancellations up to 90 days before check-in, with free rebooking support included.
Raising the Bar for Host Standards
VrboCare introduces new “Premier Host” qualifications including a 99% acceptance rate, 0% cancellation rate, and a minimum 9.2 average rating per listing.
Properties that meet the top criteria will receive “Loved by Guests” and Premier Host badges, signaling verified quality to travelers.
AI Tools for Smarter Booking
The update includes new AI-driven features, such as smart summaries of guest reviews, AI property Q&A, and AI-curated highlights. Listings will now display guest photos to give renters a more realistic view before booking.
