The global travel community gathered in Fort Lauderdale on November 6 for the 11th annual Travvy Awards, celebrating the finest achievements in tourism, hospitality, and travel services. Hosted by Northstar Travel Group’s TravelPulse.com and AGENTatHOME, the ceremony brought together the leading voices of the industry for an evening dedicated to innovation, creativity, and excellence.

A Celebration of Travel Excellence
Thousands of readers of AGENTatHOME and TravelPulse.com cast their votes across more than 115 award categories, with over 340 trophies presented to recognize the travel industry’s most impactful contributors. Categories included Best Cruise Line, Best Hotel Brand, Best Destination, and Best Tour Operator, reflecting every facet of the modern traveler’s experience.
In addition to the award ceremony, winners will be featured in AGENTatHOME Magazine and profiled on TravelPulse.com. The Travvy Awards were held alongside CruiseWorld, the brand’s sister event, creating a week of networking and recognition for the travel industry’s brightest minds.

Special Recognitions and Hall of Fame Honors
The Hall of Fame Awards were presented to key industry leaders who have made lasting contributions to travel and tourism. Honorees included Michael Batt, Founder and Chairman of Internova Travel Group; Marilyn G. Conroy, Executive Vice President of Business Development at Riviera Travel; and Mike Julius, Vice President of Field Sales for North America at Carnival Cruise Line.
The Champion of Women in Travel Award, sponsored by Windstar Cruises, was presented to Jackie Friedman, President of Nexion Travel Group, for her leadership and advocacy for women in travel. Meanwhile, Michael Bayley, President and CEO of Royal Caribbean, earned the Travel Executive of the Year Award for his transformative impact on the cruise industry.
Rising professionals were also recognized, with finalists from TravelPulse’s 40 Under 40 honored for their innovative contributions to modern travel.
