These options are available through their service on WhatsApp, using the number +91 6360012345, or through their website.

Commitment to Minimizing Disruption

A spokesperson from Air India Express stated that the airline is doing everything possible to minimise inconvenience for travellers. Continuing Support and Actions

The airline continues to communicate and address any concerns with their cabin crew, ensuring steps are taken against individuals whose actions have disrupted flight operations. The recent flight cancellations and delays stem from unexpected circumstances, which the airline is working diligently to resolve, aiming to maintain smooth operations.

Advice for Travelers

Travelers are advised to verify the status of their flights to avoid any inconvenience before heading to the airport. This follows a period where more than 80 flights were canceled, and delays occurred due to crew members taking mass sick leave. This situation escalated to the point where the Ministry of Civil Aviation had to step in, directing the airline to adhere to DGCA regulations and provide immediate help to stranded or affected passengers.
